Full residential builds, from groundwork to completion
A new build is the most demanding project a builder takes on: groundwork, footings, structure, first and second fix, and a schedule that has to hold together across every trade. It only runs smoothly when one firm owns the whole thing.
We manage full residential builds from the ground up, coordinating our structural engineer, Al Platten Electrics and Warmtouch plumbing, and liaising with Uttlesford building control throughout — so nothing falls between the trades and the house is signed off properly at the end.
Managed from the footings up
We set out and pour the footings, build the structure, and sequence each trade in the right order — so the build progresses without the stop-start delays that come from separate contractors who don’t talk to each other.
Signed off, not just finished
Structural work is completed to spec and signed off by building control, with the architect and structural engineer kept in the loop. As our reviews put it, projects are finished “on time, on budget, and fully signed off.”
