A build almost always means electrical work — new circuits, lighting, sockets, and connections that have to go in before walls close up and again once decoration is done. Timed wrong, it stalls the whole job.
We coordinate the electrical work with Al Platten Electrics, the team our reviews name — who “worked hard to keep us on schedule with first and second fixes.” Keeping it coordinated means the wiring lands at exactly the right points in the build.
First & second fix, timed to the build
Cables and back-boxes go in before walls are closed up; fittings, sockets and switches go on once decoration is done. Because we run the programme, those stages are timed correctly instead of forcing the build to wait.
Coordinated with a certified team
Al Platten Electrics carry out the certified electrical work on our builds, coordinated by us alongside the plastering, plumbing and decoration — so nobody trips over anybody, and the wiring is signed off properly.
