Site preparation, drainage systems and soakaways
Groundwork and drainage are where a build is won or lost before it’s even out of the ground — the site preparation, the levels, and the drainage that stops water becoming a problem later.
We prepare sites for building, install drainage systems and soakaways, and connect new drainage for extensions and en-suites. One customer’s bungalow remodel included “a complete new drainage system for our planned en-suite,” run as part of the wider build.
Site prepared properly
We clear, level and prepare the site so the build starts on solid, well-drained ground — reducing muck-away, standing water and the surprises that slow a job down.
Drainage & soakaways
New drainage runs set to the correct falls, soakaways sized for the site, and connections made properly — so waste and surface water go where they should, for the life of the build.
