Single & double-storey rear and side extensions
An extension changes how a whole house lives, but it’s also the project where the structural work, the trades and building control all have to come together. Done well, it feels like it was always part of the house.
We build single and double-storey rear and side extensions and ground-floor WC additions — “handled all structural work, and managed every trade professionally,” as one review describes — with the front rendered or clad to match, aluminium windows fitted, and everything signed off by building control.
Structural work, handled
Steels, footings and openings are set out and built to the structural engineer’s design, with building control kept informed at each stage — so the extension is sound, compliant and signed off, not just built.
Finished to match the house
Rendered or clad fronts, aluminium windows, and internal finishing pull the new space into the rest of the home. One customer’s three downstairs rooms became “a stunning kitchen-diner” with a front extension and new downstairs WC, all completed together.
